Is it time to get a J.O.B?

Posted by on in News | 0 comments

Time for a reality check.

Are you really committed to being in business for yourself?

Or just interested?

On a scale of 1-10, how committed are you to overcoming whatever’s holding you back and making your vision a reality?

(HINT: If your answer isn’t a resounding 10 or above, it may be time to get out that resume and start applying for a J.O.B!)

OR if your answer isn’t a resounding 10 because you don’t know what you’re committing to overcoming…you need to get some clarity about your big vision, why you want it, and what’s holding you back. THEN you’ll know whether you’re willing to commit to making your dream a reality.

There’s no shame in deciding you’re not going to be in business for yourself.  It isn’t for everyone. And you’re not a failure if you want to be in business for yourself and do not aspire to make millions!

The first step is knowing what you want. If you could create your life the way you’d want it – how does it look? Steady paycheck? Predictable routine? Going to an office every day? Working alone or with a team?

The next is knowing what you’re passionate about! If you only had a few more years left to live on the planet, how would you like to spend them? Are you passionate about bringing health to mid life women? Zumba to the masses? Clean water to the world? Helping people create stronger marriages? Teaching people to be better parents? Coaching entrepreneurs on the sales process? What makes your heart sing?

Now you have to look at what’s between you and that thing you’re passionate about! Is it strategy? Is it fear of being seen? Is it your sales skills? Is it your fear of rejection? Sometimes we can’t see what it is – there’s a blind spot that someone else can help us identify. Ask for help!

Now it’s time to revisit the 1-10 commitment scale.

Are you willing to do whatever it takes to get through your blocks?

Or is it time to go get a job?!

I believe in you.

Step into your greatness! You KNOW it’s time…
